What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, all products returned must be unopened or unused.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your Prettyinside product. Please reach out to hello@prettyinsidebeauty.com with a return request including your order number and the products you'd like to exchange for a different product or return for a credit.
What if I received my product damaged?
What should I do if I am missing a product in my package?
Oh no! We apologize for this and want to get you your product as soon as possible. Please email hello@prettyinsidebeauty.com with order number and an image of your order and we will get it shipped out!
If I order expedited shipping in the afternoon, will it be shipped the next day?
Unfortunately any orders placed after Noon CST, will not be processed until the next business day or two. In busy season, our standard processing / shipping time can be 2 - 3 business days.
What is your shipping policy?
At Prettyinside, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Once the package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Prettyinside is not responsible for packages once the package is marked "Delivered."
